By completing a booking with Simply Smiley Productions you are automatically agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1.    You must pay the full amount of your show by the date stated on your confirmation letter to secure your booking.

2.    Any dispute with payment or any other complaints must be put in writing and sent to the Simply Smiley Productions office.

3.    Simply Smiley Productions accept no responsibility for the sole care of children. A minimum of two staff/carers/parents must always be present throughout the entertainment.

4.    Any cancellations must be made within 7 working days of the booking. The client will be offered an alternative date at no extra charge. If the client declines this offer and cancels the booking indefinitely, 50% of the deposit will be withheld as the cancellation fee.
